Questions about Guardhall’s security systems

Can I be confident in the quality and integrity of your engineers?

Guardhall is accredited through the NSI and checked twice a year for its design, installation and servicing of security systems. The relevant accreditation logo is displayed on our website that gives our customers peace of mind when choosing Guardhall. Additionally, all our operatives have DBS screening.

Can I monitor the system myself for video and alerts?

Yes, we have various products that allow you to view your pictures and system on a lap top or mobile telephone anywhere in the world.

Do you have different servicing packages?

Yes, in essence there are two. One is a all-inclusive service package covering all installed items and labour, with the other being a basic service where any materials needing replacement is chargeable.

How much will a system cost?

A member of our team will gladly discuss requirements with you and complete a full site survey and risk assessment prior to submitting out quotation and specification.

I want to use IP technology. Will that be possible?

Guardhall is familiar with a number of technologies; conventional, power of Ethernet, IP and wire free so using IP technology will not be a problem.

Will you provide me with user training?

Yes, at the completion of the installation, we shall ensure that our end users are totally familiar with the operation of the system and that contact numbers are left with you in cases of emergency.

How can I measure the quality of your company?
Through checking our NSI accreditations displayed on the website.
I am worried that my property might be left vulnerable after the break in.
We shall ensure that all services are advised and that temporary repairs are completed prior to our leaving your premises.
Will your officer know how to unset the alarm system?
Where this is a requirement for the alarm to be unset, this will be included within the original survey and details taken to ensure our officers are familiar with this routine. Any codes to your system will be protected and not revealed to others?
Will your service contact the Police in the event of a break in or damage to my property?
Yes, if there are any such signs, we will inform them whilst we are on site.

Are you able to produce and despatch reports on system activity?
Yes, these can be e-mailed to you automatically.
Can you monitor multiple alarms?
Yes, we often manage multiple signals from one site or nationally including; intruder alarm, cctv systems, access control and fire systems. We can take systems off line whilst fire tests are being completed or engineers are working on site. We also integrate with our patrol and response division who can provide an officer to your premises upon an alarm being received.
I don't need to be monitored 365 days a year so can my systems be monitored remotely on a ‘pay as you go’ basis?
Lodg.Ic in conjunction with our Guardhall installation team can monitor your premises on an ‘ad hoc’ basis, such as; holiday periods, weekends or factory shut down times.
